Stephen Harley Martin is the talk show host of a popular weekly internet podcast, “The Truth About Life. He is also the editor and publisher of the Oaklae Press. He is passionate about writing and has published over three dozen books ona variety of business, fiction and non-fiction topics. Several of which have reached best selling status.
 
As Mr. Martin has interviewed dozens of near death survivors, psychics, researchers into the paranormal, as well as quantum physicists and medical doctors, it became clear to him that humankind is on the cusp of a transition to a new understanding of the true nature of reality.
 
Through study and research, Mr. Martin is now a leading voice on the topic of consciousness and believes that further discussion on the topic will result in a rebirth of optimism and the world becoming a better place to live and work.

CJ Dirt - Redneck Life, Pro Wrestling and Politics - The Story of the Suplexin Rednexican

CJ Boersma is a Mexican American professional wrestler born and raised in Stockton, California. He is known to wrestling fans as "The Suplexin' Rednexican" CJ Dirt.
CJ grew up with a large amount of extended family around him, which influenced him greatly. Early in life, CJ became a fan of professional wrestling. He and his friends would all talk about it together until one day, most of his friends had grown out of it. While others had moved on to the UFC, CJ still enjoyed the Pomp and Circumstance of the squared circle.
As he grew up, CJ began to start to enjoy "Redneck things." He started drinking in his mid teens, and continued to do so. He also began to grow his signature mullet as a homage to one of his favorite wrestlers Eddie Guerrero.
One day, CJ discovered a flyer for a local wrestling promotion call Pro Wrestling Bushido. There he learned that there were places to learn how to be a pro wrestler. He ended up in a Stockton barn owned by local MMA fighter Matt Freeman. There he and Matt trained under the tootledge of Vinnie Massaro. CJ and Matt would become incredibly close as friends and as tag team partners. They along with Michael Sean, formed a successful wrestling faction named the "209 Crew." He is one of the most charismatic and sought after wrestlers in the Northern California community.
CJ comes on the podcast to share his story. He discusses his wrestling influences, his love of live theater, what it means to be a "redneck," the 209 Crew, heat with certain promotions, growing up in Stockton and much more.

David R. Wilcox - Religion, Politics & Corruption - The Underbelly of the Christian Coalition

David R. Wilcox is the former Director of Security for the Christian Broadcasting Network. He was the key bodyguard for Christian Televangelist and eventual Presidential Candidate Pat Robertson.
Mr. Wilcox spent several years with controversial figure during the formative years of what is now coined as the "Christian Coalition." Now retired, Mr. Wilcox has written two books detailing his time with the Network.
His first book ‘Protecting Pat Robertson - Confessions of a High-Priced Bagman,’ is a memoir style book discussing the challenging task of keeping Pat Robertson safe during those formative years.
The second book ‘The Trial of the Devil Incarnate – Ralph Reed: God’s ‘Flim-Flam’ Man’ Mr Wilcox exposes many of the underhanded misdeeds of the Christian Coalition.
Mr. Wilcox comes on the podcast to discuss how the Christian Coalition came about, its strong connection and influence over conservative politics, what Pat Robertson is really like and why he believes key political figure Ralph Reed should be in prison.

Air Force Amy - The Story of the World’s Most Famous Prostitute

Deanne Salinger, known professionally as "Air Force Amy" is an American Legal Prostitute, model and reality TV star. MSNBC has called her "a living legend in the world of sex."
Amy grew up in rural Ohio. She was abused her entire childhood, leading her to run away at the age of 13. In order to cope, she would prostitute for rides at truck stops around the country. At the age of 18, she joined the Air Force as a way to get out of the lifestyle. Three months prior to being discharged from the military, she applied at a nearby brothel in Nevada, and has worked as a legal prostitute ever since.
She is most famous for being featured in the HBO documentaries highlighting Dennis Hof's Moonlight Bunny Ranch in Nevada. She was labeled on the series as the "all-time top earner" and "master of the game." According to the New York Times, Air Force earned between $10,000 and $50,000 a month in 2003.
Amy comes on the podcast to discuss her childhood trauma which led to this lifestyle, her time in the Air Force, and her work in the sex trade. She answers many questions including, what is it like in a brothel? Would you recommend the trade to women? Abuses? What has changed in the clientel over the last 30 years? The craziest things she has seen? Has she ever been in love? And so much more.
This is one takes many twists and turns. A fascinating story, but not for the faint at heart.

Ken Shamrock - Family, Foster Care, Faith, UFC & WWE - The Making of the World’s Most Dangerous Man

Ken Shamrock is an inaugural UFC Hall of Famer and former WWE champion. He is widely considered a forefather of Mixed Martial Arts and a pinnacle of the famous "attitude era" of the WWE.
To say Ken had a tough childhood is an understatement. His father abandoned their family when he was 5. His mother married an army aviator who moved them to Napa California. There Ken and his brothers were outsiders and were bullied. This led to troublemaking and drug use. At 13 he was kicked out of his home and was left to fend for himself.
Luckily Ken found himself at Bob Shamrock's boys home. There he found his voice through youth sports programs and turned his life around. The Shamrocks adopted Ken as a teenager.

Dr. Dana Anderson, Psy.D. is a Forensic Psychologist, True Crime Consultant and Court-Appointed Expert Witness. She provides comprehensive psycho-legal evaluations within the court system.
Dr. Anderson grew up in a very difficult household where she saw very serious abuse. These situations led to her being able to stay very calm in extreme situations. She had several situations where people would freeze up or be scared for their lives. She has used these experiences to help her better enter dangerous situations while psychologically assessing some of the country's most dangerous criminals.
She now interviews, studies and assesses criminals including murderers and sex abusers. She also provides assessments for those with Anti-Social behaviors, including psychopathic tendencies, schizophrenic and narcissists.

Wrestling, Addiction, Trauma and Sobriety - The Human Experience of Jake ”The Snake” Roberts

Jake "the Snake" Roberts is an American professional wrestler and actor currently signed to All Elite Wrestling as a manager and special advisor to AEW's outreach program. He is also concurrently under a WWE Legends contract. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014 and the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2020.
His story has been highlighted in several documentaries including Beyond the Mat, Pick Your Poison and the Resurrection of Jake the Snake. He is considered an iconic figure for his dark persona and for bringing snakes to the ring with him during matches.
Over the course of his career, due to wrestling injuries and childhood trauma, Jake became addicted to both prescription and illicit drugs. His issues with addiction would become a major hurdle to his career, his relationships with his family and his health. He was considered a lost cause until he moved in with his good friend Diamond Dallas Page. There, for three years, DDP worked with Roberts through rehab and DDP Yoga to give Jake his life back. He is now sober and has repaired several relationships. There is still work to do, but he finally has a positive outlook on life.
Jake comes on the podcast to discuss his childhood trauma, which led to his career choice, his addiction issues and sobriety, the work it took to repair his relationships, his views on pro wrestling psychology and promos, and so much more.
